Cancellations are allowed — but only before we ship.
At Aplus we cook, pack and dispatch orders fast — most are out the door within 24 hours. To keep that promise without compromising on freshness or food safety, our cancellation window is tight but completely customer-friendly:
When can you cancel?
- Anytime before the order moves to “Processing”. While your order is in Pending or On Hold status, you can cancel it instantly from My Account → Orders — just click Cancel order.
- If you paid online via Razorpay (UPI, card, netbanking, wallet), the full amount is refunded automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- If you chose Cash on Delivery, simply cancelling is enough — there is nothing to refund.
When can you NOT cancel?
- Once an order is in Processing, Shipped or Delivered status, it cannot be cancelled. Our kitchen has already pulled and packed your stock.
- If you have a genuine emergency, write to us at contact@aplus.food within 30 minutes of placing the order — we will try our best, but cannot guarantee anything once packing has begun.
Why no returns?
We sell food. Once a sealed pack of pulses, atta, or dry fruits leaves our facility, we cannot resell it — there is no way for us to verify storage conditions, temperature exposure, or tampering at the customer’s end. To protect every household that buys from Aplus, we operate a strict no-returns policy on all food items. Please see our Returns Policy for the full detail.
Damaged or wrong items received?
While we don’t accept returns, we absolutely stand behind every pack we ship. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email contact@aplus.food with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or refund you in full, no questions asked.
