Returns Policy

No returns. Cancel before we ship instead.

Aplus does not accept returns on any food product — this includes pulses, dals, atta, flours, rice, millets, dry fruits, nuts, seeds, snacks, sweeteners, spices, and gifting hampers. Once a sealed pack of food leaves our facility, we cannot resell it: there is no reliable way to verify temperature exposure, humidity, or pack integrity once it is out of our chain of custody. To keep every Aplus household safe, we ship from kitchen to door, and that’s that.

What you CAN do:

  1. Cancel before processing. While your order is in Pending or On Hold status, you can cancel it instantly from My Account → Orders. Online payments are auto-refunded to the original method. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
  2. Report a damaged or wrong item within 48 hours. If your pack arrives broken, leaking, expired, or is not what you ordered, please email contact@aplus.food with a clear photo of the product and your order number, within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your call.

What is NOT eligible for any redress:

  • A change of mind after the order has shipped.
  • Reports made more than 48 hours after delivery.
  • Products that have been opened and partially used (other than for genuine quality complaints — we’ll always investigate those).
  • Damage caused by improper storage at the customer’s end (heat, moisture, pests).

Why this policy?

Aplus is a 67-year-old food business — we operate to FSSAI-grade hygiene and traceability standards. A no-returns policy is the only way we can honestly guarantee that every pack on our shelf is in pristine condition. We’d rather you cancel before we ship, or report a genuine complaint within 48 hours, than gamble with food safety. Thank you for understanding.
